When will I receive my order?

Packages are dispatched from our fulfillment center located in New York. Our dedicated team processes orders from Monday to Friday, with the exception of holidays. Your shipping package will be handed over to the service provider within 1-5 business days from the time of your order placement.

When will my personalized order ship?

Please be aware that personalized items are crafted specifically for you, requiring an additional production time of up to 5 days. Consequently, if you opt for standard shipping, your order may take 8-12 business days to reach you.

Selecting an expedited shipping method during checkout does not expedite the personalization process; it only affects the shipping method.

Regrettably, we are presently unable to arrange split shipments, meaning your entire order will be dispatched once any personalized items are prepared.

Kindly note that all personalized items are considered final sale and are non-refundable, except in the event of an error on our part.

Can my package be delayed?

While we consistently ensure prompt shipment of packages, occasional carrier delays may occur beyond our influence. Rest assured, we'll furnish you with a shipping tracking number, allowing you to monitor the progress of your order.

Can I change my shipping address on an existing order?

To modify the shipping address, please reach out to us promptly at jeoudog@gmail.com. We'll swiftly process the address update for your order. However, if the order has already been dispatched, regrettably, we won't be able to accommodate a shipping address change.

Can I cancel my order?

Should you desire to cancel your order, kindly reach out to us promptly at jejoudog@gmail.com. Please note that once the order has been shipped, cancellation will no longer be feasible.

How can I make a return?

Our return policy is designed with your convenience in mind. If, for any reason, you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to assist.

Items can be returned if they're unused, unwashed, and in brand-new condition.

  • Return within 30 days from the original shipping date for a full refund, minus shipping charges.
  • Return between 31 and 60 days for store credit.
  • Unfortunately, returns after 60 days are not accepted, so please initiate the process promptly to take advantage of our generous policy.
  • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping charges. If you received an incorrect or damaged item, we'll gladly provide a complimentary return label. Just email us a picture of the issue at jejoudog@gmail.com to request a shipping label.

How to prepare the item for return?

Place the item(s) in a package and include a note with your order number, email address, and the reason for the return.
